OSIQ 30 · PUBLIC RESEARCH BENCHMARK

OpenStrategy Institutional Quality Index.

OSIQ 30 is a public research benchmark observing externally operated strategies. OpenStrategy evaluates their public records; it does not operate, execute or allocate to the strategies.

Thirty selected strategies, one governed cohort.

The public page focuses on the quality dimensions represented by the cohort rather than publishing a repetitive anonymised register or operational exception counts.

AR

Strategy archetypes

Behavioural groupings are reviewed across directional, relative-value, market-neutral and specialist approaches.

RS

Risk states

Drawdown, leverage, concentration and liquidation sensitivity remain part of ongoing eligibility review.

EC

Evidence confidence

Provenance, completeness, recency and known gaps determine how strongly a record can support further research.

VD

Venue dependency

Execution venue, market structure and operational dependencies are treated as material characteristics.

CB

Concentration bands

Position, asset and return-driver concentration are examined alongside headline performance.

RG

Review governance

Eligibility is monitored daily, with event-driven review and governed reconstitution when required.

Public boundary: OSIQ 30 publishes aggregate benchmark intelligence. Constituent identities, cloneable thresholds and wallet-level evidence remain private.

Institutional quality, organised through O.P.E.N.

O.P.E.N. is the public communication framework OpenStrategy uses to explain the evidence behind strategy quality. It does not replace the published selection methodology or imply that Index inclusion is an O.P.E.N. Profile, human-reviewed Strategy Passport assessment or conclusion of investability.

O

Onchain Evidence

Identity, provenance, history, completeness, recency and whether material change can be monitored.

P

Performance Quality

Returns after considering flows, leverage, concentration, one-off effects and persistence across market conditions.

E

Exposure Discipline

Drawdown, leverage, concentration, liquidation sensitivity and current portfolio risk.

N

Non-Fragility

Whether performance persists across time, positions and regimes, or depends on one trade, event or market condition.

Separate implementation question: Capacity, liquidity, access and execution determine whether an observed strategy may be usable at a particular size. They remain part of deeper diligence and are not collapsed into the O.P.E.N. Profile.

Index inclusion is the start of diligence.

Common questions.

Is OSIQ 30 investable?

No. It is currently a public research benchmark. Any investable mandate would require separate legal, operational, access, execution, custody, capacity, and governance design.

Does inclusion mean institutional approval?

No. Index inclusion does not constitute an O.P.E.N. Profile, human-reviewed Strategy Passport assessment, investment recommendation, institutional approval or conclusion that a strategy is accessible or investable.

When did the Index begin?

OSIQ 30 has a stated research inception of 1 July 2026 with a base level of 100.00.

How often is the Index updated?

One observation is published daily after the scheduled selected-strategy capture and canonical verification succeed. Failed verification stops publication; later corrections are visibly recorded.
