Privacy.

How OpenStrategy handles information submitted for research, platform access, institutional services, and partnership discussions.

Information we collect

Forms may collect your name, work email, organisation, role, organisation type, areas of interest, the workflow you are evaluating, programme readiness, payment preference, campaign source, referring page and submission time. Privacy-safe website events may record the page, entry point, campaign parameters, CTA destination, form stage, organisation type and selected workflow. Analytics events do not include contact details, organisation names, free-text evaluation needs, IP addresses or user-agent strings. Technical security logs may include basic request and error information.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to requests, evaluate platform and research demand, route institutional inquiries, deliver requested research communications, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and improve relevant workflows. Private operational records may also track qualification, follow-up, proposal, payment, cohort and conversion status.

Sharing and control

OpenStrategy does not sell submitted contact information. Information may be processed by controlled infrastructure or service providers used for email, customer relationship management, security, or hosting, subject to appropriate access controls.

Retention and requests

Privacy-safe website events are retained for no more than 90 days by default. Submitted information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, security, recordkeeping, and applicable obligations. To request access, correction, deletion, or unsubscribe, contact [email protected].
