Terms of use.

These terms apply to OpenStrategy’s public website, research, methodology summaries, and Index information.

Research and information only

OpenStrategy content is provided for research and informational purposes. It is not investment, legal, tax, accounting, brokerage, custody, execution, or asset-management advice.

OSIQ 30 is a public research benchmark observing externally operated strategies. OpenStrategy evaluates their public records; it does not operate, execute or allocate to the strategies. It is not currently investable.

No recommendation or guarantee

Index inclusion, a Strategy Passport, an assessment, or other research does not constitute an investment recommendation, institutional approval, guarantee, or conclusion that a strategy is accessible, suitable, or investable.

Use of content

You may cite public research with clear attribution and a link to the permanent source. Republishing substantial content, removing disclosures, misrepresenting status, or using the site to imply endorsement is not permitted without written authorization.

Accuracy and availability

OpenStrategy seeks to publish clear sources, timestamps, limitations, and corrections. Onchain evidence can be incomplete or delayed, and the website may be updated, corrected, suspended, or unavailable without notice. Use the data-state label and revision record shown on the relevant page.

Paid programmes and services

Any paid pilot, institutional programme or services engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement covering scope, payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, permitted use, cancellation, termination and other commercial terms. Registering interest or submitting a website form does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary relationship or promise of acceptance, access or future availability.
