Four dimensions
Readable evidence, without a black-box score.
Onchain Evidence
Identity, provenance, history, completeness, recency and whether material change can be monitored.
Performance Quality
Returns after considering flows, leverage, concentration, one-off effects and persistence across market conditions.
Exposure Discipline
Drawdown, leverage, concentration, liquidation sensitivity and current portfolio risk.
Non-Fragility
Whether performance persists across time, positions and regimes, or depends on one trade, event or market condition.
Opening layer
The Profile begins the Strategy Passport.
A Strategy Passport is the complete evidence and underwriting record for a strategy. It preserves provenance, methods and caveats and ends with a human-reviewed assessment status.
Separate assessment
Implementation Readiness remains outside the Profile.
Capacity, liquidity, access and execution remain separate Implementation Readiness questions for a defined institutional use case, workflow and size.
Decision boundary
A Profile is analysis, not approval.
An O.P.E.N. Profile does not establish a human-reviewed approval, access, investability, suitability or a final client allocation decision. Agent Intelligence may retrieve, organise, compare, explain and draft from approved evidence, but material conclusions and exceptions require human approval.
